Online orders take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered to all shipping address within the US. Orders being shipped outside of the US will take longer. If you experience any issues with your shipping address being rejected upon checkout, please reach out to us at Miraval.shop@miravalresorts.comand we will assist you with this.
Miraval bedding is shipped from two different facilities. All sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are shipped from Miraval Arizona and take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered to all shipping address within the US. All down products (featherbed, comforter and pillows) are made to order from a separate facility and can take up to 4 weeks to be shipped. Orders being shipped outside of the US will take longer.
Our shipping prices for online orders are based on the weight of the products ordered. Shipments outside of the US will have a customized shipping charge based on weight and destination. All physical Gift Card purchases have a flat shipping/processing fee of $25
To purchase a gift card, click on the “gift card” category in our online store. There are two (2) gift card options: a Physical Gift Card that will be gift wrapped and delivered through USPS or an E-Gift Card that will emailed to the recipient within 48 hours. All physical gift card orders have a $25 processing/shipping fee. Minimum amount for a Miraval Gift Card is $100
Unfortunately, Miraval gift cards are unable to be accepted on the Miraval Online Store due to software technology compatibilities. If you are unable to use your Miraval gift card towards a stay at Miraval and would like to use your Miraval gift card funds to purchase items on the Miraval Online Store, please reach out to us at Miraval.shop@miravalresorts.com and we will be happy to assist you with this.
Miraval will accept returns of any unused, undamaged, products within 30 days of the purchase date. Product(s) must be returned to Miraval before refund is given. Shipping is non-refundable. All returned bedding items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please see Miraval’s retail return policy for more details.
To return a product purchased from Miraval’s Online Store, send an email to Miraval.shop@miravalresorts.com explaining your return. An associate will respond to your email with return instructions as well as a return form to fill out and a shipping label to return your product(s). Once Miraval receives the returned product(s), your refund will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirming your return.
To exchange a product purchased from Miraval’s Online Store, send an email to Miraval.shop@miravalresorts.com explaining your exchange. An associate will respond to your email with exchange instructions as well as a return form to fill out and a shipping label to return your product(s). Once Miraval receives the returned product(s), your product exchange will be fulfilled and any refund or charges needed will take place within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirming your exchange.

Although this is a very rare occurrence, we are happy to replace or refund any ordered products that were damaged during shipment. Please send an email to Miraval.shop@miravalresorts.com explaining the status of your product(s) and include photos of the damage. An associate will respond to you with return instructions as well as a return form to fill out and a shipping label to use. Once Miraval receives the returned product(s), your exchange/refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirming this transaction.
