Purchasing Miraval Gift Cards
Beginning February 2026, Gift Cards for Miraval Resorts & Spas can be purchased as electronic (eGift) cards or physical cards through Hyatt’s official Gift Card platform.
Any Gift Card purchased prior to February 2026 will remain fully redeemable at Miraval Resorts & Spas.
Electronic (eGift) Cards are typically delivered within minutes of purchase to the recipient’s email address. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours depending on payment verification.
Physical Gift Cards are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. Standard delivery usually arrives within 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping address and carrier. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, where applicable.
Electronic (eGift) Cards are typically delivered within minutes of purchase to the recipient’s email address. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours depending on payment verification.

All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be canceled or returned. If you’d like to give a higher-value Gift Card, a new purchase will be required.
Using Your Gift Card at Miraval Resorts & Spas
Hyatt Gift Cards can be redeemed at participating Hyatt brands, including Miraval Resorts & Spas (Arizona, Austin, Berkshires).
At Miraval, Gift Cards may be used toward:
- Overnight resort stays
- Day Spa packages
- Spa and wellness services
- Online or in store retail purchases

If you purchased a Miraval Gift Card prior to January 15, 2026, you can still check your remaining balance online using the legacy balance lookup tool.

All Gift Cards purchased before February 2026 remain fully redeemable at Miraval Resorts & Spas.
If you purchased a Miraval Gift Card on or after January 15, 2026, you can check your balance through Hyatt’s official Gift Card platform.
The physical or electronic Gift Card is required at the time of redemption. If you have your Gift Card number or proof of purchase, please speak with our front desk for assistance.
Yes. Hyatt electronic Gift Cards are typically activated immediately after purchase and are ready to use once delivered. No additional processing by the resort is required.
Please note that Miraval Resorts & Spas is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, and Gift Cards cannot always be replaced. We recommend treating your Gift Card like cash and keeping the details in a safe place.
World of Hyatt® & Gift Cards
Gift Card purchases do not earn World of Hyatt points directly. However, if you use a World of Hyatt Credit Card or Hyatt Credit Card from Chase, you will earn 1 Bonus Point per $1 spent.
Yes. Eligible purchases made using a Hyatt Gift Card do earn World of Hyatt points at the time of redemption.
