Return Policy


This return policy only applies to purchases made at; returns relating to hotel accommodations, purchases made at Hyatt properties (including at a Miraval location), or otherwise are not covered by this policy.  


For the return policy regarding gifts, see “Exchanges” section below. 

Bedding purchases are subject to a restocking fee as set forth below (unless prohibited by law).


In most cases, if you are not satisfied with a purchase made at, Hyatt welcomes you to return the new, unopened product (or for skin care purchases only, the gently used product) for a refund or exchange as set forth herein.  We will do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.   All returns are subject to review, validation, and approval at Hyatt’s sole discretion. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below before you make a purchase.  We may monitor return activity for abuse and we must reserve our right to limit returns or exchanges made by individuals found to be abusing the return policy. 


Except as otherwise noted herein, products must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, with tags attached (as applicable) or will not be accepted for return. Hyatt reserves the right to revise or edit its return policy at any time and also reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. 


  • RETURNS: Hyatt will accept returns of all products (except as noted herein) within 30 days of purchase date. Hyatt will refund the purchaser the full purchase price of the item plus tax for such item, less all shipping charges, to the original credit card or debit card used to make the purchase.   Unfortunately,all shipping charges are non-refundable, including shipping charges to purchaser and for return.  All items must be physically returned to Hyatt (as set forth below) within 30 days of purchase; Hyatt will not accept returned items more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Skincare products: Skincare products (defined as anything indicated to be applied directly to your face or body, as indicated in the product’s official instructions) are subject to the above return policy, but may be returned in a gently used state, for any reason, if you are dissatisfied.
  • CDs: ALL CDs are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect.


RESTOCKING FEES on BEDDING PURCHASES: All bedding purchases (defined as anything located at will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be calculated based on the item’s purchase price.  Restocking fees are void in Hawaii and where prohibited.



  • EXCHANGES: Miraval products may also be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date. Any difference between the returned product amount and the exchanged product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer, including additional shipping costs.
    • Gifts can only be exchanged for a new item and cannot be returned for a gift card or otherwise, unless the gift recipient wants the purchaser to receive a credit to their original payment form (note that gift giver/purchaser would then be made aware that recipient returned the gift). If the gift recipient uses the return credit towards something on the website that is less than the original product price, they will forfeit the difference; no refund or credit for the difference will be provided.


If a return is not approved for any reason, the item may not be returned to you.




  • First, email or call us at or 520.825.4950. You must have the name of the purchaser and the product details to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Then, follow the Miraval associate’s instructions to complete the return/exchange, which will include the step of paying for a shipping label and then shipping the product back to Hyatt at the following address:

Item must be received back to Hyatt within thirty (30) days of purchase date.


We ask that you do not send a product back to us until and unless you have first contacted us at the information provided above.  This will allow us to better understand who and what is being sent back to us and to more quickly initiate the return/exchange.


Once we receive your returned product, we will initiate the return or exchange.  For returns, please allow us approximately forty-eight (48) business hours from receipt of returned item to process the return and credit your account.  For exchanges, we must receive your returned product before we send the new product(s).
